Business Development Executive

JOB OVERVIEW

We are in need of resourceful Business Development Executives to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for freshers/professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

To achieve company goal of expanding their business, Business Development Executives perform a variety of duties and responsibilities.

 

Call Management

Contact the prospects, create awareness about the programs, convince them about the usefulness of the programs according to their requirement; help them to explore the usefulness of the program in implementing it in their career. Attending phone calls from students, their parents and assisting those to fulfil their information needs.

 

Meeting Arrangement

Regularly contact with the prospects, enquire about their needs and invite them for a face-to-face meeting with the concern counsellor.

 

Counselling

Meeting with the students and their parents for the best option of the course, convince and convert them to the admission

 

Documents Collection

Collect all the necessary documents from the candidates and make them to the soft form, and keep all the hard copies in the records as per the office administrative system.

 

Records Keeping

Keep all the relevant records both in the soft and hard copy mode and should be made available when it is needed.

 

University Coordination

Setting all the documents and forms for the registration and the university formalities.

    JOB OVERVIEW

    CRE creates and nurtures long-term relationships with customers. The CRE will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

    CRE is responsible for the following duties:

     

    • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
    • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
    • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
    • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
    • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
    • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
    • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
    • Follow-up calls for repayments from the clients
    • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
    • Preparing & maintaining the “minutes of the meeting”.
    • Cold calling and fixing interviews for the BDEs.

      Sr. Web Developer

      JOB PROFILE

      A web developer is responsible for the creation and maintenance of website experiences. They take technical specifications and requirements and translate them into websites which meet the needs of the Client and the website visitor.

      A web developer works alongside project managers and designers to create website layouts and user interfaces, by using standard HTML or CSS practices. They are responsible for testing and maintaining the applications and websites they create, and for the documentation which relates to it.

       

      RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

      • Prioritize software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members.
      • Interpreting client specifications and identifying website user requirements.
      • Create wireframes to decide on layout.
      • Write or review code for various applications.
      • Supervising junior web developers, analysing areas of weakness, and scheduling training sessions accordingly.
      • Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons).
      • Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive websites.
      • Debugging websites and ensuring software documentation is updated.
      • Conducting research and keeping abreast of social media marketing trends.

       

      REQUIREMENTS:

       

      • 4 to 6 years of experience as Web Developer
      • Expertise in at least one programming language, preferably JavaScript, or PHP.
      • Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS.
      • Experience with Mockup and UI prototyping tools.
      • Understanding of security practices.
      • Team management skills.
      • Practical experience with content management systems like WordPress, Magento.
